La Fabbrica della Pasta has been crafting pasta in Gragnano, Italy, for three generations. It's a town famous for pasta-making for over 500 years. What makes this pasta special? They use local spring water and high-protein Durum wheat, which helps it stay perfectly al dente. The pasta is extruded through a bronze die, creating a porous texture that grabs every bit of your favorite sauce. Slow drying at low temperatures seals in that fresh flavor.
