Made from organic sour cherries from the Pacific Northwest, these cherries are slow-cooked in small batches with organic sugar, Guatemalan cardamom, Madagascar vanilla, and heritage 4-grain bourbon. The result is a rich, tart, and sweet cherry with aromatic spices. Paired with a smooth, flavorful syrup, it’s perfect for cocktails or desserts. De-stemmed, pitted, and packed in 9 oz jars, with approximately 44 cherries per jar.
