Fabien Brutout is the fifth generation of his family to make wine in Noizay, in the heart of Vouvray — and the first to do it with a natural, biodynamic touch. He trained at the legendary Domaine Huet before taking over the family estate, and what he's created as 'Domaine le Facteur' is a more playful, spontaneous expression of the same great Chenin Blanc terroir.
