  • Material: Made in the USA from organic cotton coated with beeswax, organic plant oils, and tree resin — completely plastic- and silicone-free.
  • Functionality: Ideal for wrapping various types of bread — sourdough, whole wheat, ciabatta — without plastic. It also doubles as a proofing cover or a non-slip surface for kneading dough.

Dimensions: 17" × 23" (XL Bread Wrap)

  • To Use: Warm the wrap with your hands to soften the wax, then mold it around food, containers, or dough to form a breathable seal.
  • Cleaning: Hand-wash in cool water with mild dish soap. Hot water should be avoided as it can degrade the wax coating.
  • Drying & Storage: Air dry the wrap (e.g., draped on a rack), then store in a cool place away from heat sources. Avoid microwaves, hot cars, or direct sunlight.
  • Lifecycle: With diligent care, the wrap can last up to one year. Once it's no longer sticky, it can be composted or repurposed as a fire starter.
  • Stains & Wear: Stains, fraying, and wrinkles are expected signs of use. For stain-prone foods (e.g., beets, berries), darker prints like “Ocean,” “Clover,” or “Botanical” may help.
