This recipe is technically enough for one pie crust and some lattice work. If you want a completely covered pie, I recommend doubling the recipe or making two batches. There is nothing more annoying than not enough pie dough when you’re getting ready to bake!It also helps to have extra when you are learning just in case you need to do any patching.
