Sarah Lawrence is a master at pasta making. We're excited to have her join us again to make "Striped Sopressini Pasta." You'll be making, mixing and kneading the dough, and then she'll instruct you how to make a pattern in the pasta dough. The last pasta class she hosted blew our minds- the pasta became rainbow works of art!

We'll be serving a light salad and once your pasta is ready, we'll cook and serve it with a rich red sauce with seared Italian sausage.

This RED sauce (with sausage) and the striped pasta will be sure to impress all your fellow Bulldawg fans! GO DAWGS!

We'll pair wine with the two courses and you'll also receive a 10% discount on most items in the store. 

*Dietary Info- We'll be making white and black dough in this class.  The black pasta dough will contain squid or cuttle fish ink.
