Let's get Saucy! Friday, April 21 6-8 pm

Hollandaise, Beurre Blanc and Pesto-sauces we order them out, but are afraid to make ourselves.

Chef Hunter will teach us step by step each of these three sauces, along with variants and what and how to best serve.

This is a hands on class. After making each sauce, enjoy a full meal featuring each creation. And as always, delicious wines will be paired with each sauce!
