Knives Out - Sat. March 25th 3-4:30pm

Led by our very own Executive Chef, Hunter White, this hands-on class is the perfect opportunity to hone your knife techniques and learn fundamental cuts.

Under Chef Hunter's expert guidance, you'll learn everything from basic mincing and dicing to more advanced techniques like julienning and brunoising. You'll also discover the different types of knives and their uses, as well as how to properly hone and care for your own knives.

And what's a cooking class without some delicious small bite plates and wine pairings? Chef Hunter will be preparing delectable bites for you to enjoy during the class, perfectly complemented by a carefully selected wine pairing.

Don't forget to bring your own knives from home if you want to practice with them - this is the perfect opportunity to learn how to get the most out of your favorite kitchen tool.
