"BBQ Shrimp and Grits Class, Essential South!" Friday, June 2, 6:00-8:00pm
Executive Chef Hunter White will teach you his Low Country style prep of BBQ Shrimp and Grits that will make your mouth water.
When you arrive you'll be treated to glass of bubbly. Once the class begins, Chef Hunter will show you how to plate a decadent Chilled Corn Soup to enjoy. We'll pair that with a crisp white wine. Next, is the main course. Chef will teach you how to prepare BBQ Shrimp and Grits just like they do in the Low Country. We'll serve that with a Cucumber Blondie (a Bloody Mary of sorts- you'll love it!) or a glass of wine/beer-which ever you prefer- it's a laid back kind of meal. At the end of the evening you'll be treated to one of Chef's Pecan Pralines.
