Always wondered what the big deal is about cast iron, or have some, and don't know the proper way to use, clean or season? Come in and let Chef Hunter help!

This demonstration class will teach you all the ins and outs of buying, seasoning, cleaning and cooking with cast iron. We will also have our owner on hand to answer any questions regarding cast iron brands we offer in the store.  

Light snacks, wine/beer and coffee will be served.

Feel free to bring your own cast iron or use one of ours.
