"Bagels Anyone?" Wednesday, September 20, 4:30-6:00

Back by popular demand! If you've tried Chef Hunter's bagels in our store, you'll know why we asked him to do this class again. THEY ARE AMAZING!

Chef Hunter will teach you all the basics of bagel making...how to make, portion, shape, poach and bake the dough into dense, chewy, tender deliciousness. You'll also make your own sweet and savory cream cheese to go along with your bagels. It'll be after 4:00 so we'll serve an ice cold beer for sipping while you learn about the art of bagel making. You'll want to make these bagels time and time again for all of your family and friends.

*We're trying to help reduce waste so please bring a medium to go container for your bagels and also a small container for left over cream cheese (we sell reusable linen bread bags that helps keep moisture from leaking out and keeps your store bought or fresh baked bread from getting hard.)
