"Asian Noodle Bowl Mastery" with Chef Hunter White, Friday, February 23, 6:00pm-8:00pm
Remember Tuesday Ramen Nights? Well, we're taking you back to teach you the ins and outs of making a rich umami filled noodle bowl. You'll begin the evening sipping on a glass of bubbles and making your own sautéed edamame for snacking... then, it's on to the bowls. Chef Hunter will teach you how to make a rich broth for your base- this process usually takes days (that's why it's a partial hands-on class.) Then, you'll sear and pickle all the ingredients that will be added to your noodle bowl- quick pickled carrots, seared pork belly, sautéed mushrooms, charred bok choy, and soft boiled soy eggs. We'll pair your steamy noodle bowl with light Rice Lager or Sake- your choice. We'll end the evening with a sweet chocolate treat.
